Brandon Carretti, Ron Laughman, Todd Roberts, David Terry, Marshall Pebler and Haley Bakeman won features on a picture perfect evening at the historic Mottville Speedway!
Carretti won his first feature of the season and moved to 2nd in the season point standings with a win over Rick Wolkens in the Sportsmen feature.
Wolkens won an exciting Sportsmen heat over Carretti and Joey Perkey.
Wolkens had major carb problems in a brand new car!
Mr. Excitement Ron Laughman scored his first Mini Stock feature win of the season in a close one over season points leader Aaron Zimmerman!
Kevin Grubb came to Mottville for the first time this season and took home 3rd.
Cody Zimmerman, back home from Virginia, took 4th followed by Kris Miller and Keliloh Michaels.
Laughman took the dash over Miller and Aaron Zimmerman.
Laughman also won the heat over Aaaron Zimmerman and Grubb.
Roberts set a modern day feature win record with his 24th win of the season!
Jack Hurford was 2nd followed by Ed Martz, Brock Sweeter, Tyler Mead and Jason Horton.
Roberts won the dash over Martz and Mead and Roberts won the heat over Martz and Sweeter.
Hurford won the consi heat over Sweeter and Martz.
Local Hero David Terry won his 5th Hornet feature of the season over Eric Root, Raymond Bakeman, Richele Wolkens, Ed Martz, Ian Whiteman and Scott Binkley.
Terry won the dash over Bakeman and Wolkens.
Wolkens won the heat over Root and Terry.
Martz won the consi heat over Root and Bakeman.
Marshall Pebler won his 2nd Kart feature of the season over Chad Weber, Anthony Sivits, Dawson Watson and James Michaels.
Pebler won the heat over Watson and Sivits.
Weber hit the front stretch wall in the heat but was ok.
With one kart race left on the season Weber closed to win 53 points of Watson.
Harley Bakeman won her first ever Ladies Powder Puff over Autumn Pegran, Keri Martz, Olivia Horton, Becca Strang and Emily Root.
Root hit the tire barrier in turn 2 and broke her steering wheel!
Sunday, October 5 is the 29th Annual Indiana-Michigan Challenge Cup sponsored by GOSHEN COLLISION CENTER!
Trophies to the top 5 each feature-Sportsmen, Mini Stocks, Mini Thunder Cars and Hornets!
Karts have the week off and will return Saturday, October 11 for their season championship Trophy Night with October 12 as the rain date.
Gates open at 4:30 PM with racing action at 6 PM!
The track will be open for hot laps TUESDAY AND THURSDAY from 6PM to dark!

Adult admission is $10, ages 12 and under $5, Family Pass (2 adults and unlimited children 12 and under) $25.
Pit Pass is $30 but non-drivers ages 14 and under who are with a non-driving adult can buy a pit pass for just $15!
Great concessions at very reasonable prices!!
